At this stage, we are not yet able to confirm which age category will start at which time, as this depends on the final number of entries.
If you need to arrange your travel in advance, please note that the tournament will officially start on Thursday at 13:00h (1pm).
All players are required to be ready to play at their scheduled match time.
In case of late arrival — regardless of the reason — no exceptions can be made.
Due to the large draw size, we must strictly adhere to the schedule. The event is fully booked, and rescheduling of matches will not be possible.
We strongly recommend that all players arrive at the venue at least one hour before their scheduled match time.
The last final (BU19) will start at 15:00 on Sunday
