Hotel policy *

The tournament hotel is a four-star hotel with an excellent reputation. It maintains high standards regarding behaviour and quietness in the evenings. Our staff will monitor the hallways and respond to any noise complaints. Please be aware that anyone who does not comply with the hotel rules and fails to maintain a quiet and respectful stay may be expelled from the hotel.

Special requirement for entries from Pakistan:

We can only accept entries from players from Pakistan if they provide official endorsement from the Pakistan Squash Federation. Upon submission of the form, a copy will also be sent to the Pakistan Squash Federation with a request to confirm that the listed players are authorized to participate.

Hereby I confirm that I have read and understood the **European Junior Open 2026** entry form / tournament regulations (**09–12 July 2026, Sportwerk Hamburg**) and that I **fully accept all conditions stated therein**. This includes, in particular, the rules regarding participation and match play, refereeing, the mandatory use of **eye guards**, liability and insurance (participation at one’s own risk), payment (entries are accepted only upon receipt of payment), the withdrawal/refund policy, as well as web/media publication (results, photos, live footage). Further the hotel policy if you have booked a hotelpackage.
